These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Secret Circle mobile application and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Inner Socio Club LLP (“Secret Circle,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Venues and businesses must have the authority to act on behalf of the organization they represent when listing events or guest lists.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering as a member, venue, or creator.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by creating fraudulent guest lists or events, impersonating another person or business, or attempting to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
Secret Circle connects venues, creators, and members but does not guarantee entry to any specific event. Venues and event organizers are responsible for their own event policies, capacity, and admission decisions.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Socio Club LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
