Inner Socio Club LLP (“Secret Circle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Secret Circle mobile application and website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile details when you create an account as a member, venue, or creator. We also collect information automatically, including device information, app usage, and approximate location, to power event discovery and guest list features.
We use collected information to operate and improve the Service, verify guest lists and event access, communicate with you about events and account activity, and maintain the security of the platform.
We share information with venues and event organizers you interact with (for example, to confirm your guest list entry), with service providers who help us run the Service, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at admin@secretcircleapp.com.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
